About Us

We are a group of parents (well, OK, mostly moms) who want to share our favorite resources for baby & kid information and products available on the internet today.

How did we get started? Well, it all started while on vacation. Hanging out at the beach, watching our brood of kids play in the lake, we started talking about our concerns over having our young kids (ranging from 3 to 8 at the time) use the internet.

I shared how I created a website for my kids with links to their favorite kid-friendly websites. Since they did not read at the time, all the links were pictures. The kids loved their site as they could navigate through it independently (which bought me a bit of much needed time to answer client emails, etc. during the day).

I ended up sharing the links to those sites, and over the next couple of years we continued to share links to great sites for kids and parents alike. With the advent of blogging, sharing this this information with others became much easier.

What can you expect to find on this website? We have lots of info, mostly on trusted sites that provide information on baby and child development, parenting, great stuff for kids, family vacation spots and more! Now our little group includes moms that are expecting, to moms of teens, so our interests and the issues we want to learn more about are ever-growing.
