I don’t know about your house, but at ours Easter is akin to Christmas. Family, community, traditions, and goodies from the long eared one. A bassinette is a bed for newborn babies, from birth to about four months. It is small and snug, providing the “cocoon” environment that babies find comforting.

Bassinettes come in two varieties, a sturdy cradle, and a more portable type of bassinette, also known as a baby “Moses Basket”.

Moses baskets are practical in that they can keep you baby comfortable and close at hand. You can move the baby’s sleeping quarters around the house, or bring the Moses basket with you when visiting or travelling for that home-away-from-home comfort.
